Who am I?

It's all about Customer Service !... I thrive on adding value ... to customers, to employer, to associates, to whoever needs it. My background is unique and consists of extensive CRM, ERP, Call Center, Data/VoIP Inter-networking, Systems Integration, Professional Services and Consulting experience. My specialty is Business Development and Sales. I love building and fixing things (businesses, relationships) and helping others be more successful. In addition to my professional sales and business development experience, I am a practiced practioneer; as well, a serious user of CRM tools. Customer Relationship Management is what businesses are (or should be) centered on. Some get it and some don't. Those that do - I'm here to help them raise the bar. Those that don't - I here to help them see the light and effectively reap the benefits.
