Idealpeople are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of this global Pharmaceutical organisation, who have recently rolled out a new global CRM system based around Siebel 7.7 ePharma and Siebel Analytics. To support the future enhancement, development and core maintenance of the CRM System, they have an immediate and urgent requirement for a CRM Analyst and Administrator to fulfil a tremendously varied and responsible position. ? Plan, manage and action all the local application administration tasks, in close co-ordination with the CRM Centre of Excellent, to meet required deadlines ? Drive and successfully action the core administration tasks related to organisation structure changes, sales cycles and targeting with involvement from the Business Information team, business unit stakeholders and rest of the CRM team members ? Extract information from Siebel using a variety of methods in response to enquiries from various business functions like Marketing, Sales or Business Information ? Action data quality maintenance related tasks from time to time as required and discussed within the CRM team locally and with EMEA ? Assist and input in continuous process improvement and documentation of working practices and processes related to ERP / CRM administration, with an aim of improving response times, quality of work and quality of data ? Assist in end user training related efforts that the CRM team undertakes from time to time ? Proactively engage in communication, planning and co-ordination with the CRM team in Belgium, to build a strong network. Undertake occasional travel to Belgium ? Proactively engage in communication with other business functions in the UK e.g. Business Information, Business Units, Marketing and Helpdesk within the context of responsibilities of this role ? Develop ERP / Siebel knowledge on a continuous basis with a long-term aim of supporting the EMEA CRM Centre of Excellent in tasks across EMEA ? Undergo any training as and when required for knowledge enhancement |
