I've been working in eCRM for 7 years and now it feels like I'm having to unlearn everything that I've learned. I'm very interested in integrating traditional web analytics practices w/ new web 2.0 engagement models specifically w/ Rich Internet applications. I'm also interested in learning about how CRM or CEM will change one the customer/consumer become the content creator.

BTW Anyone going to the SXSW Interactive conference in 2008, I'm looking to meet up w/ some web analytics folks and talk about how rich internet applications are changing CRM.
