I am writing this note from San Jose, CA - while it is snowing, windy and cold in Chicago. Open source CRM vendor SugarCRM is hosting Sugarcon 2008 here at the Dolce Hayes Mansion. And what a show it is. Not only is Sugar a HOT CRM company, winning marquee accounts and scoring another major round of funding from respected VC's, but they really know how to put on a conference. Doug Ribback, who wears many hats and recently joined Sugar in 2007, was lead in coordinating this event. It is truly outstanding!
