The Admin Workshop Instructor brings expertise and knowledge in delivering salesforce.com training workshops to non-technical and technical customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelors Degree. CRM experience a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Formal Presentation skills and the ability to present ideas effectively (including nonverbal communication and use of visual aids) to individuals or groups.
Willingness to travel (~70%)
Work well independently or on a team
Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
Manage concurrent objectives or projects effectively
Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Display professionalism in all client and internal interactions
Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
