Description: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for making intelligent use of our data as well as support various campaign deliverables to increase Marketing’s contribution to the Sales pipeline. Activities will include but not be limited to data segmentation, validation, and augmentation; de-duplicating existing leads and contacts in the salesforce.com database; acquiring new names to be used in outbound email and direct mail campaigns; help execute logistics tied to campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Augment current lead and contact data with additional information to be used in segmentation (email address, industry, job level, and job function)
Lead data acquisition and validation tied to campaigns
Execute list pulls for email and direct marketing campaigns
Execute data quality tasks relative to merging duplicate lead and contact records and appending contact records
Help execute campaign deliverables (e.g. 3rd party lead uploads, webinar post-event tasks, analysis/ROI of campaigns)
Help manage and maintain 3rd party list usage and sales templates
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred.
1-2+ years experience with data quality and/or data entry experience
Familiarity with fundamentals of CRM, segmentation, data management, data measurements, and/or statistical analysis is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results.
Solid computer skills required (e.g. Excel) and a plus but not mandatory MS Access, SQL queries, Visio, Microsoft Project, salesforce
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities.
