As a Marketing Operations Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting analyses and formulating recommendations that will enable the salesforce.com marketing team to optimize the efficiency of its program execution and meet the branding, awareness, and pipeline generation objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Identify gaps in the current marketing operations, customer segmentation, customer marketing, and response management systems and processes and recommend and implement changes to fill those gaps
Develop pipeline targets by working with Regional Marketing VPs and Sales Operations
Measure the impact of marketing programs on generating and maturing sales opportunities.
Liaise with IT on marketing business requirements for ongoing enhancements to enterprise business intelligence tool implementation
Own several key operational projects, including new customer email program, Dreamforce registration data quality, lead scoring, and marketing analytics support

Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelors degree required.
3+ years of marketing, marketing operations, or business analyst experience
Excellent computer skills required (e.g. Excel, MS Access, SQL queries, Business Objects or other BI application, Powerpoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM, segmentation, data management, data measurements, and/or statistical analysis is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results.
Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision
