Bright and early this morning, I attended Paul Greenberg's session "It's So 2.0 Out There..." and the nugget that I took away, is how truly empowered "we" as consumer have become-thanks to mass adoption of blogs. One upset customer's voice through the internet can essentially become a deadly virus for a company. What's your company's plan for navigating this environment of "open" dialogue?
