Information Collection
myCRM collects the information you enter on this Site and stores the information you give us. When you create your profile on the Site, we also collect categories of information relevant to your profile, including your contact information, information about your experience, education, desired salary, and other information. If you submit a resume to us, we collect whatever information you include in your resume.
As you use this Site we may also passively collect certain information, including your Internet protocol address, browser, domain names, and access times. We also use Cookies, clear GIFs, and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) to gather information regarding the date and time of your use of this Site.
myCRM has agreements with several online partners to help manage and optimize our Internet reach. A ‘Career Button’ which links to our Site can be found on many other Sites who use our Site as their CRM Career Portal.
myCRM also uses marketing firms to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and promotions. To do this, we use web beacons, clear GIFs and Cookies provided by our marketing company on this Site.
myCRM keeps track of Internet protocols (or IP Addresses). An “Internet protocol address” or “IP address” is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet access provider when you use the Internet.
myCRM also collects Cookies. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a web site sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a web site. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). myCRM will disclose your personal information to employers who may have postings for job openings (“employers”) as well as others. We do not control how employers or others use or disclose information they obtain from us, including personal information, and those employers and others may also share your personal information with other employers that may have job openings. Also, if you have come to our Site by following a link from one of our affiliates or business partners or by following a link in an online job posting from a potential employer, they may use the information consistent with their privacy policy instead of this privacy policy. Since we do not control how they may use your information, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. In addition, we may disclose your information to third parties with whom we have a co-branding or promotional relationship.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information:
1) to third parties such as employers, recruiters, data aggregators, marketers or others for the purpose of sending you e-mail or otherwise communicating with you. Please be aware that when you voluntarily display or distribute information on the Site or in other ways, that information can be collected and used by others. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. We cannot be responsible for information you voluntarily display, disclose or distribute on the Site or in any other way.
myCRM may use your e-mail address for direct marketing purposes and may compile your and other users of its Site e-mail addresses to build mailing lists to sell to or share with marketers.
myCRM also share aggregated anonymous information about visitors to the Site with its clients, partners and other third parties so that they can understand the kinds of visitors to the Sites and how those visitors use the Sites. myCRM may also aggregate on an anonymous basis data regarding job qualifications, schooling, age, experience level or other information relevant to the job search or competition among seekers for any such job. If you apply for a position on the Site, you may be asked to provide information on your gender, race or other protected status where permitted by applicable law. Some employers are required by law to gather this information from job applicants for reporting and record-keeping requirements. You should understand that if provided, this information will be used by employers only in accordance with applicable law and will not be used in making any negative employment decisions. All information provided will be kept separate from your expression of interest in any job opportunity. Providing this information is strictly voluntary and you will not be subject to any adverse action or treatment if you choose not to provide this information.

While we make every effort to honor the laws and wishes of all users, this Site is available for users located exclusively in the United States of America and therefore may not recognize foreign laws.
Privacy Policy Changes
This privacy policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any substantial changes to it, we will post an alert on this page.
